Shanntel Williams

Shanntel Williams is the Program Coordinator for Success…powered by YOU for Robertson County.
She is a long-time resident of the Brazos Valley who believes in helping and being a service to others. Her personal mantra is “Help where you can, when you can, while you can.”
She is a proud alumna of Sam Houston State University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and is currently pursuing her MBA from Western Governor’s University.
She loves spending time with her family, traveling and writing.
Chasitdy Love

Chasitdy Love is the Brazos and Grimes County Program Coordinator for Success…Powered by YOU. Chasitdy graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
After graduation, Chasitdy worked for Mental Health Mental Retardation Authority of Brazos Valley as a case manager before being hired by the University of Texas Medical Branch Correctional Managed Care as their mental health case manager at the Luther Unit in Navasota.
Chasitdy is a product of Navasota, but moved to College Station in the second grade. Chasitdy graduated from A&M Consolidated High School and is excited to bring SPY to both counties (Brazos and Grimes) which helped to raise and nurture her.
Chasitdy is married to Steven and they have three children. Chris is an Airman in the United States Airforce, Jonathan is an active athlete who loves basketball, and Madison is an all around athlete but her passion is volleyball.
Noemi Prado
- Program Coordinator
- Brazos County
Noemi Prado is a Program Coordinator for Success…powered by YOU (SPY). Noemi is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University. She obtained a master’s degree in Educational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. Before coming on board with SPY, Noemi worked for A&M Consolidated ISD as a Bilingual Teacher for seven years.
Noemi is thankful to work for SPY and excited to bring SPY’s workshops to young adults and families in the Brazos Valley area. She is very passionate about providing valuable resources and tools for the youth in the Brazos Valley to be successful.
She is a mother to one daughter. The two of them love to shop, travel, and watch movies. Noemi enjoys spending time with her family, friends and serving the Lord.
Rebecca Tamayo
- Program Coordinator
- Burleson County
Rebecca Tamayo is the Burleson County Program Coordinator for SUCCESS…powered by YOU. Rebecca comes to this position with several years of experience in public health. She received her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Tulane University and Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the LSU Health Sciences Center New Orleans – School of Public Health.
Rebecca’s professional interests include social determinants of health and increasing access to care for uninsured/underinsured populations.
In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys being outdoors— playing frisbee and tennis with her husband Adam. She also enjoys traveling and trying new cuisines.
Mary Parrish

Mary Parrish is the Madison County Program Coordinator for Success…Powered by YOU. Mary was born and raised in Waco, TX and has lived in the Netherlands. She graduated from Waco High School, the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor with a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies, and Baylor University with a Master of Public Health.
When not working, Mary can usually be found at renaissance festivals, volunteering with her church, traveling with her husband, and spoiling her dog.
Megan McClendon
- Project Manager
Dr. McClendon is the Project Director for Success…powered by YOU and oversees all recruitment, facilitation, and retention efforts. She received her PhD from Baylor University in 2019 with the goal of helping underserved populations and has served rural families since her time as a doctoral student.
Dr. McClendon finds relaxation in being active outdoors and loves taking walks with her husband and dog.
Carolyn Jackson
- Program Aide
Carolyn Jackson is a Program Aide for Success…powered by YOU. Carolyn worked for CHI St. Joseph Hospital for 18 years and retired in 2016. In 2017, she joined a work study program for Seniors who wanted to refine existing skills and learn new skills to gain employment in the public and private sectors.
Carolyn continued to learn while working on her skills through a program within the AgriLife Extension Service as an Administrative Assistant. Through hard work and great work ethic, she was hired in April 2021 by Success…powered by YOU.
She is a single parent and grandmother to four grandchildren. She loves church and is active in her community. When she’s not spending time with her family and friends, you can catch her playing BINGO, her favorite pastime!
